With over 24 years of experience as a real estate agent and five-star professional recognition, I have become a trusted advocate for my clientele. I have a true passion for the industry as I enjoy every part of the process, from home searches and seeing my clients' reaction to finding their dream home to educating them and negotiating to garner win / win results. A trusted local advisor with decades of experience in the many diverse Seattle neighborhoods. I know that purchasing a home is one of the largest decisions my clients will ever make and thus I maintain frequent communication throughout the entire process. My greatest satisfaction is when I help my clientele exceed their goals, whether it's finding the perfect home or selling a property to realize a profit on their investment.
Prior to becoming a licensed broker, I worked for 13 years as a mortgage professional where I learned every aspect of home financing, from processing and underwriting all the way through closing. Having closed hundreds of loans, I provide valuable, proven experience when assisting clients in their transactions.
I joined Realogics Sotheby's International Realty (RSIR) because of their second to none service. RSIR provides marketing and support that allows me to best represent my clients while offering a trusted 271-year brand heritage that spans across a global platform. I currently specialize in select residential real estate throughout the greater Seattle communities. I am a Founding Member of the Madison Park Branch Office working with management on creating a positive and collaborative culture of true professionals.
I grew up in Bellevue before spending time in Hawaii and China. I am quite proud of my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. I have lived in Madison Park for 25 years. I am quite passionate about skiing, wind surfing, boating and all the activities that living in the Northwest afford.
